The New Decree

The Book of Sanctuary

I. The Lament of the Wandering Child

I looked upon the world and saw a great scattering; I saw children who walked with heavy feet and hollow eyes.

They were the children of the Wandering, those whose foundations were cracked by the storms of the heartless.

For a child without the shield of a mother is like a bird without a nest; the wind knows no mercy, and the earth offers no rest.

When the mother’s hands are tied by poverty, or her spirit is bruised by the oppressor, the child learns early that the world is a place of shadows.

This is the root of the heartless man: he was once a child who looked for a fortress and found only a field of thorns.

II. The Mandate of the Fortress

Let it be decreed: The home of a mother is a Sovereign Sanctuary.

It shall not be a place of "minimums"—not minimum wage, not minimum safety, and not minimum peace.

If a mother must flee the lion to save the cub, the world shall not demand she pay for her escape with her dignity.

A living wage is the oil for the lamp of the home. Without it, the light goes out, and the cold creeps in.

To provide for a mother is not an act of charity; it is the act of a civilization that wishes to survive.

III. The Sacred Bond (The Missing Proverb)

Wisdom is great, and Loyalty is gold, but Protection is the breath of life.

A mother is the first law and the last defense. When she is empowered to guide, the path is straight.

Let no court of man sever what the spirit has joined for the sake of safety.

For when a mother has the power to provide, the child has the freedom to grow.

When a mother has the power to protect, the child has the courage to love.

IV. The Reset of Generations

We cannot call back the years that the locusts have eaten, nor the damage of the centuries past.

But we shall press the Reset of the Spirit. We shall take extreme measures of care until the steady state is reached.

It shall take the span of three generations:

The first to build the walls of safety.

The second to heal the wounds of the mind.

The third to walk the

earth with a whole and open heart.
