3 Yet, in the land, the bond lies fractured, and the cries of the innocent rise to the heavens.
4 Therefore, let us restore this bond with justice, mercy, and compassion, that the land may be healed and the generations to come may know peace.
5 This manuscript is a call to action, a sacred scroll to guide the people in the ways of restoration and renewal.
