Chapter Five: The New Decree of Restoration
CHAPTER FIVE
The New Decree of Restoration
The Proclamation of Wrath
1 And the Lord spake with a voice that shook the foundations of the land, saying:
“I have borne long with the injustice of generations, and I have watched the innocent suffer beneath the weight of others’ wounds.”
2 “My wrath is not against the broken, but against the harm that hath been allowed to flourish; not against the weary, but against the cruelty that hath gone unchallenged.”
3 “Therefore I rise to defend the mothers and the children, and to break the yoke that hath been bound them.”
The Sevenfold Plan
4 “Hear now My decree,” saith the Lord, “for I establish a sevenfold plan for the healing of the land.”
I. Truth Shall Be Spoken
5 “The wound shall no longer be hidden, nor the cries of the innocent silenced.”
II. Justice Shall Be Established
6 “Those who harm the vulnerable shall answer for their deeds, and the courts shall no longer turn away.”
III. Provision Shall Be Given
7 “The mother shall not be left in want, nor the child in hunger or fear.”
IV. Safety Shall Be Secured
8 “A dwelling place of peace shall be provided, where no hand may harm them.”
V. Compassion Shall Guide the People
9 “For justice without compassion hardeneth the heart, but compassion without justice leaveth the wound unhealed.”
VI. The Ember Shall Be Uncovered
10 “I shall soften the scar tissue of generations, and uncover the ember buried beneath sorrow.”
VII. The Lineage Shall Be Restored
11 “The healed shall raise the healing, and the restored shall restore the generations after them.”
The Covenant Restored
12 And the Lord said, “I renew My covenant with the mothers, for they have carried the lineage through fire and famine.”
13 “I renew My covenant with the children, for they are the promise of the land.”
14 “And I renew My covenant with the fathers, that they may rise in gentleness and strength, and guard their households with righteousness.”
15 “For the father whose ember is rekindled shall become a shelter and not a storm, a lion who protecteth, not one who devoureth.”
Reform Through Justice, Mercy, and Compassion
16 “Let the people walk in justice, that the land may be healed.”
17 “Let the people walk in mercy, that the scar tissue of generations may soften.”
18 “Let the people walk in compassion, that the ember in every heart may burn bright again.”
19 “For justice restoreth the order of the land, mercy restoreth the heart, and compassion restoreth the lineage.”
The Vow of the People
20 And the people lifted their voices as one, saying, “We vow to defend the sacred bond, to protect the ember in every heart, and to walk in the ways of justice and compassion.”
21 “We vow to break the cycles of harm, to heal what hath been wounded, and to raise children who shall be better than we were.”
22 “We vow to build a land where mothers are honored, fathers are restored, and children grow in peace.”
23 And the Lord said, “This vow I seal with My blessing. So shall the restoration begin.”
